Privacy

This page is being drafted. The following describes our provisional practices during the private beta. Full policy will be published before public launch.

What we collect

When you connect a brokerage account via SnapTrade, we receive read-only metadata about your holdings, transactions, and account balances. We do not receive your broker credentials. We collect the email address and limited contact information you provide to request early access.

What we do with it

We use brokerage data to generate the portfolio analyses described on this site (health scores, risk and diversity analytics, AI briefings). We do not sell, rent, or share your personal financial data with third parties. We never trade on your behalf and never have the ability to move funds.

Where it lives

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Production infrastructure runs on Google Cloud (us-central1) with Supabase as our managed Postgres provider. SnapTrade manages OAuth tokens; we never see or store your broker password.

Your choices

You can disconnect any brokerage at any time from your account. You can request a copy of your data or full deletion by emailing the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
