Luminate AI Inc. operates a software platform that analyzes brokerage data you choose to connect. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or fiduciary. We do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service. You agree not to use Luminate to violate any applicable securities, tax, anti-money-laundering, or sanctions laws.
Beta posture
The service is provided "as is" during private beta, without warranties of any kind. Features may change or be removed. We may suspend access for any account that abuses our API, infrastructure, or other users.
Liability
Investment decisions are yours alone. Luminate AI Inc. is not liable for losses arising from decisions made using information on this platform.
